Indraprastha Medical Corporation Ltd. has approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. The company has also appointed Mr. Harsh Pati Singhania as an Independent Director and re-appointed Mr. Salil Singhal, Ms. Vineeta Rai, and Ms. Madhumita Ganguli as Independent Directors, subject to shareholder's approval. The Board of Directors has considered and approved these items at its meeting held on 34 February 2026.
