Inducto Steel: Promoter family gift of 3.82% shares

Inducto Steel Limited has received a disclosure regarding the inter-se transfer of 1,53,375 equity shares, representing 3.82% of the total share capital, from promoter Mr. Rajeev Shantisarup Reniwal to Mrs. Lalitadevi Shantisarup Reniwal, his mother and also a promoter. The transfer is by way of gift, with no consideration involved. This transaction is being undertaken under the exemption provided by Regulation 10(1)(a)(i) and/or 10(1)(a)(ii) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The proposed date of transfer is October 16, 2026.
