Inducto Steel: Promoter gifts 3.82% shares to relative

Inducto Steel Limited has received an intimation from promoter Mrs. Lalitadevi Shantisarup Reniwal regarding the proposed acquisition of 1,53,375 equity shares, representing 3.82% of the total share capital. These shares will be gifted by her son, Mr. Rajeev Shantisarup Reniwal, also a promoter, without consideration. The transaction is intended to be exempt from open offer obligations under Regulation 10(1)(a) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, subject to applicable conditions. The proposed transfer date is October 16, 2026.
