Indus Infra Trust Acquires ULCCS Kasaragod Expressway Pvt Ltd

Indus Infra Trust has announced the acquisition of 100% equity share capital and beneficial interest of ULCCS Kasaragod Expressway Private Limited (UKEPL) from Uralungal Labour Contract Co-operative Society Limited. This acquisition is in accordance with SEBI InvIT Regulations. All shares, except one held by the seller's nominee, have been transferred. The remaining share will be transferred subsequently.
