Tech Mahindra subsidiary acquires Alyis Serviços Técnicos for BRL 1.2mn

Tech Mahindra Servicos De Informatica S.A., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tech Mahindra Ltd, has acquired Alyis Serviços Técnicos LTDA from Orange Business Services Brasil LTDA. The acquisition, valued at BRL 1.2 million (approximately ₹2.21 crores), involves 100% shareholding. Alyis Serviços, incorporated on May 27, 2026, provides IT services to telecom companies in Brazil and will become a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary. This strategic move is part of Tech Mahindra's partnership with Orange Business, aiming to outsource selected international operations and enhance support for Orange Business customers in the LATAM region. The transaction is expected to be completed by July 2, 2026.
