Tech Mahindra Closes Trading Window for Q1 FY27 Results

Tech Mahindra Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from June 24, 2026, to July 18, 2026, inclusive. This closure is in anticipation of the Board of Directors meeting scheduled for July 16-17, 2026. The board will convene to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ending June 30, 2026. The financial results are expected to be declared on July 16, 2026. The trading window will reopen on July 19, 2026.
