Indusind Bank Appoints Priyanka Sinha as Independent Director

Indusind Bank Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Priyanka Sinha as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director. Ms. Sinha brings over 25 years of experience in legal and corporate governance across various industries, including her previous role as Managing Director and General Counsel of Vodafone India Services Private Limited. She is not debarred from holding a director's office. This appointment is in line with SEBI regulations.
