Neptune Logitek Appoints Sharvil Suthar as Independent Director

Neptune Logitek Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Sharvil Bharat Kumar Suthar as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director. The appointment is for a term of five years, commencing October 23, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Suthar is a Fellow Member of ICSI with over 12 years of experience in corporate laws, secretarial practices, and regulatory compliances.
