Inflame Appliances: Amit Kaushik Appointed MD, Aditya Kaushik Becomes Non-Executive Director

Inflame Appliances Ltd announced significant management changes approved at its Annual General Meeting on September 7, 2026. Mr. Amit Kaushik has been appointed as the Managing Director for a three-year term, also retaining his role as CEO. Concurrently, Mr. Aditya Kaushik's designation has changed from Chairman and Managing Director to Chairman and Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective August 12, 2026. Both individuals are brothers, and Mr. Amit Kaushik is also the father of Anusheel Kaushik, a whole-time director. These changes were approved via special resolutions.
