Inflame Appliances Board Approves MD Appointment, AGM Details

Inflame Appliances Ltd's Board of Directors met on August 12, 2026, approving several key appointments and corporate actions. Mr. Amit Kaushik was recommended for appointment as Managing Director and CEO, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Naveen Kumar's re-appointment as Whole Time Director for one year was also approved.
