Additionally, Inflame Appliances incorporated Tricoree Machmatrix Private Limited as an associate company, acquiring a 34% equity stake to bolster its capabilities in electronics and IoT-enabled products. The CEO highlighted that while volume growth outpaced revenue growth due to a product mix change, prices have been revised effective July 2026 to counter rising raw material costs.
