Info Edge Recommends ₹3.60 Final Dividend for FY26

Info Edge (India) Ltd's Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹3.60 per equity share (on face value of ₹2 per equity share) for the financial year 2025-26, subject to declaration by the members at the Annual General Meeting. The Board also approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The 31st Annual General Meeting is scheduled for August 25, 2026, and the record date for determining dividend entitlement is July 24, 2026. If approved, the dividend will be paid on or after September 2, 2026, subject to tax deduction.
