Infomedia Press Ltd. Closes Trading Window for Audited Financial Results FY 2026

Infomedia Press Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective from April 1, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the 'Infomedia Code to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Specified Connected Persons of the Company' under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results for the quarter/financial year ending March 31, 2026 become generally available information. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration and declaration of the Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
