Infosys Independent Director Michael Gibbs Retires

Infosys Ltd announced the retirement of Michael Nelson Gibbs as an Independent Director, effective July 12, 2026. Gibbs completed his second consecutive term, having been appointed on July 13, 2018. His retirement also means he ceases to be Chairperson of the Stakeholders Relationship and Cybersecurity risk sub-committees, and a Member of the Audit, Risk Management, Nomination and Remuneration, and Corporate Social Responsibility committees. The Board expressed appreciation for his contributions, and the company confirmed its board and committee compositions remain compliant with applicable laws.
