Innova Captab Reappoints Statutory & Internal Auditors

Innova Captab Ltd's Board of Directors re-appointed M/s. B S R & Co. LLP as statutory auditors for a second term of five years (FY27-FY31), subject to member approval. Additionally, M/s. Gurvinder Chopra and Co. and M/s. Grant Thornton Bharat LLP were re-appointed as cost and internal auditors, respectively, for FY27. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Manoj Kumar Lohariwala as Whole-Time Director and Mr. Vinay Lohariwala as Managing Director, each for another five-year term effective March 18, 2027, subject to member approval. Furthermore, Mr. Sudhir Kumar Bassi, Ms. Priyanka Dixit, Mr. Mahendar Korthiwada, and Mr. Shirish Gundopant Belapure were re-appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors for a five-year term starting April 1, 2027, also pending member approval.
