Innovana Thinklabs Approves Audited FY26 Results

Innovana Thinklabs Ltd's Board of Directors approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. M/s Goyal Darda & Co., Statutory Auditors, issued an unmodified opinion on the financial results. The board also approved the re-appointment of M/s. Jindal Ashok & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27 and Mrs. Riya Sharma as an Independent Director for a second term of five years. A postal ballot notice was issued for Mrs. Sharma's re-appointment.
