Inox Green Energy Acquires WWIL O&M Business for ₹550 Cr

Inox Green Energy Services Ltd (through its subsidiary Vibhav Energy Private Limited) has acquired the operation and maintenance (O&M) business undertaking of Wind World (India) Limited (WWIL) for ₹550 Crore. The acquisition, approved by the NCLT, was executed via a Business Transfer Agreement. Inox Green infused ₹450 Crore into Vibhav via equity and inter-corporate deposits, while Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited contributed ₹100 Crore. The transaction is subject to conditions precedent outlined in the BTA. This move is part of the resolution plan for WWIL.
