Insolation Energy Appoints Mrs. Usha Sharma as Additional Director

Insolation Energy Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 28, 2026, approved the appointment of Mrs. Usha Sharma as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Women Director). Her term is for five years, from September 28, 2026, to September 27, 2031, subject to shareholder approval. The board also considered recommendations regarding remuneration for Non-Executive Directors and approved the Notice of Postal Ballot. Mrs. Sharma, a retired IAS officer with extensive administrative experience, has no disclosed relationship with existing directors or KMPs.
