Insolation Energy Ltd has appointed M/s. RBSN & Co, Chartered Accountants (FRN:019015C), as the Internal Auditors of the company for the financial year 2026-27. This appointment was approved by the Board of Directors on May 25, 2026, following the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The company also re-appointed M/s. Deepak Mittal & Co., Cost Accountants as Cost Auditors for the financial year 2026-27 and appointed M/s. ARS & Company, Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors for a term of five consecutive years.
