Integra Engg Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results Declared; Kinnar Joshi Appointed CFO

Integra Engineering India Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 16, 2026, approved and took on record the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27). The results were prepared as per Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS). Additionally, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Kinnar Joshi as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company, effective July 16, 2026. Mr. Joshi is a qualified Cost Accountant (CMA), MBA (Finance), and Commerce Graduate with over 21 years of experience in finance, accounting, and strategic business management. He is also authorized to determine the materiality of events for stock exchange disclosures.
