Integra Engineering Appoints Kinnar Joshi as CFO & KMP

Integra Engineering India Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Kinnar Joshi as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) effective July 16, 2026. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee. Mr. Joshi brings over 21 years of experience in finance, accounting, and strategic management. He is also authorized to determine the materiality of events for stock exchange disclosures.
