Integrated Hitech Appoints Nitin Oza as Internal Auditor

Integrated Hitech Ltd has appointed Mr. Nitin Oza as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-2027, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The appointment was made during the board meeting held on May 30, 2026, where the board also approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the board took note of Mrs. Rainy Ramesh Singhi's resignation as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and the withdrawal of a company petition before NCLT Chennai.
