National Aluminium Appoints Cost Auditors for FY27

National Aluminium Company Limited (Nalco) announced the appointment of M/s. Tanmaya S. Pradhan & Co and M/s. S Dhal & Co as Cost Auditors for the financial year 2026-27. The Board of Directors recommended their remuneration for shareholder ratification at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Additionally, the Board recommended a final dividend of Re.1.00 per share for FY25-26, subject to shareholder approval, bringing the total dividend for FY25-26 to Rs.10.50 per share. The record date for the final dividend has been fixed as August 24, 2026.
