National Aluminium Recommends Final Dividend; Appoints Cost Auditors

National Aluminium Company Limited (Nalco) announced the outcome of its Board meeting held on July 31, 2026. The Board recommended a final dividend of Re.1.00 per share for FY2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. This is in addition to interim dividends already paid, bringing the total dividend for FY2025-26 to Rs.10.50 per share. The record date for the final dividend has been fixed as August 24, 2026. Additionally, the Board appointed M/s. Tanmaya S. Pradhan & Co and M/s. S Dhal & Co as Cost Auditors for FY2026-27 and recommended their remuneration for shareholder ratification.
