National Aluminium Recommends Final Dividend of ₹1/Share; Sets Record Date Aug 24

National Aluminium Company Ltd (Nalco) announced its Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹1.00 per share (20% on face value of ₹5) for the financial year 2025-26. This recommendation is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 45th Annual General Meeting. The final dividend, if approved, will be paid within 30 days of declaration. This final dividend is in addition to interim dividends totaling ₹10.50 per share already paid during the fiscal year. The record date for determining eligibility for this final dividend has been fixed as Monday, August 24, 2026. The Board also appointed M/s. Tanmaya S. Pradhan & Co and M/s. S Dhal & Co as Cost Auditors for FY 2026-27.
