Integrated Hitech appoints Suprabhat Chakraborty as Secretarial Auditor

Integrated Hitech Limited's Board of Directors, in a meeting on May 28, 2026, accepted the resignation of Mr. Rabindra Kumar Samal as the Secretarial Auditor, effective from the close of business hours on the same day. Concurrently, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Suprabhat Chakraborty from M/s Suprabhat & Co. as the new Secretarial Auditor. This appointment is for a term of three financial years, from 2026-27 to 2028-29, and is subject to the approval of members at the upcoming General Meeting. Mr. Chakraborty is an Associate member of ICSI with over 10 years of experience in compliance and governance.
