Concurrently, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Suprabhat Chakraborty from M/s Suprabhat & Co. as the new Secretarial Auditor for a term of three financial years, spanning from 2026-27 to 2028-29. This appointment is subject to the approval of the company's members at the upcoming General Meeting.
