Integrated Hitech: Secretarial Auditor resigns, new auditor appointed

Integrated Hitech Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on May 28, 2026, accepted the resignation of Mr. Rabindra Kumar Samal as the Secretarial Auditor, effective from the close of business hours on the same day. The resignation was attributed to other professional commitments. Concurrently, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Suprabhat Chakraborty from M/s Suprabhat & Co. as the new Secretarial Auditor. Mr. Chakraborty will serve for a term of three financial years, from 2026-27 to 2028-29, pending approval from the company's members at the upcoming General Meeting. This change ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
