Integrated Proteins Appoints Secretarial Auditor for FY 2026-27

Integrated Proteins Limited held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 30, 2026, conducted via Video Conferencing. During the AGM, the appointment of Ms. Ankita Shah, Practicing Company Secretary, as the Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2026-27 was approved by the members. The meeting also covered the adoption of financial statements and the regularization of Mr. Sandeep Mahadik's appointment as an Independent Director. Ms. Ankita Shah also served as the Scrutinizer for the e-voting process. The voting results are to be communicated to BSE within two working days.
