Gunmala Devi Jain has transferred 1,12,045 equity shares, representing 2.2444% of the total paid-up share capital, of Inter State Oil Carrier Limited to her son, Mr. Sanjay Jain, via a gift without consideration. The transaction occurred on September 23, 2026. Following this transfer, Gunmala Devi Jain's shareholding in the company has become Nil.
