Interarch Building Solutions Ltd has announced securing a new order valued at approximately ₹89 Crore, including taxes. The contract involves the complete Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply & Erection of a Pre-Engineered Steel Building System for a Data Centre. The project has an estimated completion period of 10 months. Due to confidentiality agreements and commercial considerations, the customer's name cannot be disclosed at this stage. The order is domestic in nature, and the company has received a 15% advance payment. Promoters and group companies have no interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction is not considered a related party transaction.
