Interarch Building Solutions Closes Trading Window

Interarch Building Solutions Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The trading window will be shut from October 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited standalone financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026. The date of the board meeting to consider these financial results will be communicated separately.
