Interarch Building Solutions Limited has received a Show Cause Notice (SCN) / DRC-01 under Section 74 from the Excise and Taxation Officer, Faridabad. The notice alleges a difference in Input Tax Credit (ITC) availed and utilized between GSTR 3B and GSTR 2A, amounting to ₹9,88,926.
