Interise Trust, through its Investment Manager Interise Investment Managers Private Limited, has allotted unsecured, listed, and rated commercial papers worth ₹1,736.30 Crores. The allotment, comprising 34,726 commercial papers with a face value of ₹5 Lakhs each, was made on September 2, 2026, for a period of 29 days. The listing application will be submitted to BSE Limited, with expected listing by September 3, 2026. This issuance complies with SEBI InvIT Regulations and SEBI (Issue and Listing of Non-Convertible Securities) Regulations, 2021.
