Interise Trust SPV Concession Period Ends

Interise Trust has announced the conclusion of the concession period for its Special Purpose Vehicle, Krishnagiri Thopur Toll Road Private Limited. The concession agreement with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for the road project in Tamil Nadu ended on August 23, 2026. Consequently, toll collections have ceased, and the project assets are being handed over to NHAI. The project involved expanding a 2-lane road to 4 lanes on NH-44 on a BOT basis.
