Trading Window Closure for Promoters & Directors in International Combustion India Ltd

In accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of International Combustion India Ltd will be closed for Promoters & Promoter Group, Directors, designated employees, Auditors, any other ‘insiders’ and their dependents / relatives. This closure is due to the proposed consideration of the Audited Annual Financial Results (Standalone) for the Financial Year ending 31st March, 2026 by the Board of Directors and the potential consideration of final dividend for the said Financial Year. The trading window will remain closed till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results or recommendation of final dividend, whichever is earlier. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting will be intimated to the exchange in due course.
