Mr. Singh possesses over 38 years of extensive experience in engineering, operations, and business management, specifically in material handling, mineral processing, and industrial equipment sectors. International Combustion India Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held on April 17, 2026, authorized Mr. Kundan Jaiswal, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, to determine the materiality of events or information and make disclosures to stock exchanges.
