IRB Infra Executes Project Management Agreements with IRB InvIT Fund

IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd has executed Project Implementation/Management Agreements with IRB InvIT Fund to act as the Project Manager for projects operated by Solapur Yedeshi Tollway Limited (SYTL) and CG Tollway Limited (CGTL). These agreements follow the transfer of 100% equity share capital of these Project SPVs from IRB Infrastructure Trust to the Public InvIT. The agreements cover the balance concession period for these tollway projects, with an estimated value of approximately ₹2,663 crore on a fixed price basis over the remaining concession period of about 18 years. The company confirmed these are not related party transactions.
