IRB InvIT clarifies preferential issue details, corrects VWAP

IRB InvIT Fund has issued a clarification regarding its preferential issue of 54,000,000 units at ₹65 per unit, aggregating ₹3.51 billion. Following observations from NSE, the Trust has requested unitholders to disregard "Scenario 2" (post-issue unitholding pattern assuming an additional fresh issue) from the Extraordinary Meeting Notice, stating it was an illustrative scenario distinct from the proposed preferential issue. Additionally, a typographical error in the 90-day volume weighted average price (VWAP) was corrected from ₹61.65 to ₹61.59 per unit. This correction does not impact the preferential issue price of ₹65 per unit, which remains compliant with SEBI regulations. All other content of the EM Notice remains unchanged.
