IRB InvIT Fund has disclosed its Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the year ended March 31, 2026, as per SEBI regulations. The report, issued by Mihen Halani & Associates, confirms compliance with SEBI regulations, including Infrastructure Investment Trusts Regulations, Listing Obligations, Insider Trading Regulations, and others. An advisory was issued by SEBI under Inspection of the Trust to ensure strict compliance with Regulation 10(12) read with Regulation 7(d) and Clause 8 of Schedule VI of the SEBI (InvIT) Regulations, 2014, and put in place a documented mechanism for periodic review of all transactions entered between the Project Manager and its associates.
