IRB InvIT Fund Re-appoints Director Past 75 Years

IRB InvIT Fund announced the re-appointment of Mr. Rajinder Pal Singh as Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director. This re-appointment is for a further period of three years, from February 14, 2027, to February 13, 2030, notwithstanding his attaining the age of 75 years. The Board cited his extensive experience in administration and the infrastructure sector, significant contributions, strategic guidance, and leadership as reasons for his continued association. The re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming General Meeting. Mr. Singh's profile includes experience as a former IAS officer, Chairman of Punjab and Sind Bank, and Chairman of the National Highways Authority of India.
