IRIS RegTech Shifts Corporate Office to Navi Mumbai

IRIS RegTech Solutions Ltd. has shifted its corporate office to a new premises in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, effective immediately. This new location will also serve as the company's correspondence office. The registered office remains unchanged in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The Board of Directors approved, in principle, the shifting of the registered office from Vashi to Turbhe, subject to regulatory approvals. Disclosures will be made upon completion of formalities.
