IRM Energy Appoints Ashish Maheshwari as Director of Finance

IRM Energy Ltd has appointed Mr. Ashish Maheshwari as Director of Finance (Non-Board Member), designated as Director-Finance and categorized as Senior Management Personnel. The appointment is effective from June 12, 2026. Mr. Maheshwari brings over 16 years of experience in corporate finance, project finance, treasury, and financial planning, with a background in the infrastructure, power, and renewable energy sectors. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and Law Graduate, with prior experience at Adani Group, Kalpataru Group, and Reliance ADAG Group. This appointment is in line with SEBI Listing Regulations.
