IRM Energy Appoints Ashish Maheshwari as New CFO

IRM Energy Ltd announced a change in its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role. Mr. Arunkumar Saluru relinquished his position as CFO and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) effective August 13, 2026, to take on a new role as Vice President Finance & Accounts. Concurrently, the Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Ashish Maheshwari as the new CFO and KMP, effective August 14, 2026. Mr. Maheshwari brings over 16 years of experience in corporate finance, project finance, and strategy, having previously worked with Adani Group, Kalpataru Group, and Reliance ADAG Group. The company also authorized Mr. Maheshwari and other KMPs to determine the materiality of information for disclosures.
