ISF Ltd Appoints Anil Kumar Verma as CEO, Vishal Dang Resigns

ISF Ltd announced a change in its Chief Executive Officer. The Board of Directors, following a recommendation from the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, approved the appointment of Mr. Anil Kumar Verma as the new CEO (KMP) and accepted the resignation of Mr. Vishal Dang from the same position. Mr. Verma brings 23 years of experience in commercial banking, risk management, and fintech lending. Mr. Dang's resignation is effective from April 20, 2026, due to personal reasons.
