Ishan Dyes Proposes Exclusive Dealership with A-1 Limited

Ishan Dyes and Chemicals Ltd has submitted a proposal to A-1 Limited, a listed public company, to become their exclusive dealer for sulphur-based industrial products. The proposed product range includes Sulphuric Acid (98% and 70%), Oleum (23% and 65%), Chloro Sulphonic Acid, Sulphur Dioxide, and Sulphur Trioxide. Ishan Dyes has a prior business relationship with A-1 Limited, having supplied materials worth approximately ₹40 Crores since February 2026. This proposal is driven by Ishan Dyes' expanding market presence, distribution network, customer base, and logistics capabilities. If finalized, the exclusive dealership is expected to enhance revenue visibility, market share, margins through scale efficiencies, and customer retention. It is clarified that this is currently a proposal, and no binding agreement has been executed.
