Ishwarshakti Holdings & Traders Ltd's board approved the annual audited standalone financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, in its meeting held on May 29, 2026. The board also approved the audit report issued by B. L. Dasharda & Associates with an unmodified opinion. Additionally, there was a change in designation of Mr. Vinay Seksaria to Managing Director and Chairman, appointment of Mrs. Radhika Seksaria as an Additional Director, and re-appointment of M.R.V. & Associates as Internal Auditor.
