Ishwarshakti Holdings Re-appoints Internal Auditor M.R.V. & Associates

Ishwarshakti Holdings & Traders Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on May 29, 2026, approved the re-appointment of M/s. M.R.V. & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-27. The board also approved the annual audited standalone financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, with an unmodified audit report from statutory auditors M/s. B. L. Dasharda & Associates. Additionally, Mr. Vinay Seksaria was redesignated as Managing Director and Chairman, and Mrs. Radhika Seksaria was appointed as an Additional Director.
