Birla Transasia Carpets Appoints CPC & Company as Statutory Auditor for 5 Years

Birla Transasia Carpets Ltd announced the appointment of M/s C P C & Company as its statutory auditor for a period of five years. This decision was made during a Board of Directors meeting. The company also approved the appointment of Mr. Ankit Mazumdar as Secretarial Auditor for five years and appointed Mr. Manish Bhargan Rane and Mrs. Madhura Ganesh Mahendrakar as Independent Directors for two years each. The 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for September 28, 2026, with September 21, 2026, set as the cut-off date for e-voting eligibility. The audited financial statements for the year ending March 31, 2026, will be presented at the AGM.
