Birla Transasia Carpets Fixes AGM Date, Appoints Directors & Auditors

Birla Transasia Carpets Ltd announced key decisions from its board meeting, including the fixation of the 51st Annual General Meeting (AGM) date for September 28, 2026. The company also approved the appointment of two new Independent Directors, Mr. Manish Bhargan Rane and Mrs. Madhura Ganesh Mahendrakar, for a term of two years each. Additionally, M/s C P C & Company has been appointed as the Statutory Auditor and Mr. Ankit Mazumdar as the Secretarial Auditor, both for a period of five years.
